What the form collects

The form asks for your first name, surname and email address. The message is optional, and its content is yours to decide. Please leave health details out. We can talk about them when we speak.

I use these details to reply to you and to find a time, nothing else. The legal basis is your request: you ask for a conversation and I answer (GDPR article 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request before any agreement).

The message travels by email. It leaves the site through Resend, an email delivery service based in the United States, and arrives in my professional mailbox, which runs on Titan Email through my hosting. Resend keeps its own delivery records in the United States, under the European standard contractual clauses and its participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The site itself stores nothing. No database sits behind the form.

I keep an enquiry for up to one month after the last exchange, then delete it. If we work together, I keep what the contract and French accounting rules require, for as long as they require it.

Discover your pattern

The scenes

These pages write short scenes with the help of an AI service. Only the four setting choices you make on screen leave your device. They come from a fixed list, so no typed text, name or contact detail goes anywhere.

A small program hosted on Supabase, in Ireland, passes the choices to Anthropic, an AI company in the United States, which writes the scenes. Nothing is stored against you. Your IP address stays in the program’s memory for up to ten minutes so it can limit how often one visitor asks, then it disappears. The program keeps an anonymous daily count of requests, with no link to a person. The AI provider handles the choices under its own terms.

Self-Check and Check-in compass

Your answers stay with you

Self-Check keeps your answers in your browser. Check-in compass saves your entries in your browser’s storage, on your own device. I cannot see either, and nothing is sent. Clear this site’s data in your browser and they vanish.

Cookies

No tracking

This site sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics and loads no advertising or outside fonts. One small note sits in your browser’s storage if you click a language link: your choice of English or French, so the home page can open in the right language. It never leaves your device.

Like any website, the server that hosts this one keeps technical logs: IP address, date and the pages requested. Bluehost Inc., a US company, manages them for security and operation under its own data processing terms.

Your rights

What you can ask

You may ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or move the data I hold about you, and you may object to how I use it. Write to janine@therapeuticcoaching.fr and I will answer within one month.

If you think I have handled your data badly, you may complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.

If a dispute reaches the consumer mediator (see the legal notice), I share with the mediator only what the case needs: your name, contact details and the facts of the dispute. The mediator keeps its files for two years.

I update this notice when something changes. Last updated 15 October 2026.
