What I offer

Coaching is not psychotherapy

I am a coach, not a psychotherapist, doctor or psychologist. My work does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it does not replace medical or psychological care.

If life feels unsafe right now, please talk to someone today. In France, call 3114 (free, 24 hours). In the UK and Ireland, Samaritans on 116 123. In the US, 988. Anywhere in the EU, 112.
