Movement 1
Regulate
The Grounded Awareness Model
Everything else rests on a nervous system that can settle. You learn to notice the moment you tip into stress, then find your way back to steady ground through the body as well as the head.
Therapeutic Coaching™ in France
For when life makes sense on paper. And still feels slightly off.

A few minutes on how I work, filmed soon.
My approach
Therapeutic Coaching™ brings psychotherapeutic approaches together with the practical, forward-moving side of coaching.
Some lives look finished from the outside. The work, the family, the plans, all in order, and something inside still hums at the wrong pitch. You may be the person everyone calls, and the person who feels unsure, often on the same afternoon. Both belong to you. We start there, with the body, then the feelings, then the daily habits that hold a life in place.
The work is warm and practical, and it moves at your pace. Each session leaves you holding something you can use, along with something to think about.
Three movements
Movement 1
The Grounded Awareness Model
Everything else rests on a nervous system that can settle. You learn to notice the moment you tip into stress, then find your way back to steady ground through the body as well as the head.
Movement 2
The Emotional Reconnection Process
Feelings carry information. Once the body steadies, you can listen to them without being run by them. The relationship shifts: what you feel receives room, and the managing can ease.
Movement 3
The Everyday Alignment Method
Insight arrives faster than change, as anyone with a thoroughly understood habit can confirm. This movement carries what you have understood into daily life. You notice the small ways you work against yourself, and you adjust the days until they fit what matters to you.
Three movements. One life, held three ways.
We meet one to one, in English or in French. Between sessions, a few practices carry the work: tools that map where you stand, workshops where the practice is shared, and a weekly idea written to be read slowly. Each supports the others, at your pace.
About
I am a Certified Therapeutic Coach™, trained with Dr Alex Howard through the Therapeutic Coaching programme. That training shapes my work, and so does a habit of listening to the body as much as to the story.
I am British, I live in Le Mans, and I work in both languages. France has been home twice, once at eighteen and again in my forties, after eight years running a gîte in the Tarn, where I played the perfect hostess and learned how tired a perfect hostess can be. Before that, about ten years building software, which taught me patience with any system that behaves oddly under pressure.
How we work together
One to one, at your pace, in English or in French.
Small groups, shared practice, and the relief of meeting others who know the feeling.
Find the next step for you
Step 1
Two short ways to see where you stand. Choose the one that sounds like you.
Nine areas of life, a few minutes, and a map of where the weight sits.
Start the Self-CheckSix short scenes from ordinary days. Notice the one you keep returning to.
Discover your pattern
Step 2
Speak with me, and bring whatever is on your mind.
Free and thirty minutes, unhurried and unscripted, with nothing to decide at the end.
Book a callMy work draws on Therapeutic Coaching™, an approach that brings together psychotherapy and the forward-looking side of coaching. Therapy helps you understand why things feel the way they do. Coaching helps you decide what to do about it. I use both, in whatever order you need them.
The model borrows from NLP, hypnotherapy, developmental psychology, life coaching, EFT and mindfulness training. Each offers part of the answer and none offers all of it, which is rather the point. People arrive through different doors, and I hold the methods loosely enough to try another when one sticks.
The aim is your wellbeing, in body and mind. I offer company on the route, and the destination stays yours to choose.
Each person arrives with a different shape. I bring frameworks that have earned their place and adjust them to fit whoever is in front of me: your pace, your history, the door you came through.
A method that suits one person can pinch another. Everything here is cut to measure. We start with your measurements, and the work takes its shape from there.
